About this Product
“I want the people to know that they still have 2 out of 3 branches of the government working for them, and that ain’t bad.”
– President Dale
I have to confess, I didn’t care much for Mars Attacks when I was a kid. It came out in ’96 so I must have been like 9 or 10. Just didn’t like it. But after being deathly sick at home and taking a day off from work, I ended up lounging on the couch watching TV with my roommates, unable to move. I sat through Mars Attacks, which was their suggestion, and I ended up laughing hysterically at it. I didn’t have much appreciation for it when I was younger, but I appreciate good satire. And considering it was pretty much ribbing Independence Day (which I believe came out around the same time), a movie I loathe, I ended up liking it that much more. President Dale, Grandma and Richie are hilarious!
